Our team consists of highly experienced college graduates with strong skills and experience in all things accounting, bookkeeping, and office organization. We love nothing more than solving problems for our clients and working as a close team member of your business.

Perfect Balance Accounting, LLC is owned and operated by Wanda Tigard. She graduated with her MBA from Oregon State University, and has a BS in Business Management from OSU as well (go Beavs!). She is an experienced administrative professional, who has worked in the accounting field for over 30 years, with experience in a wide variety of industries, including construction, non-profit organizations, and many others. Wanda is a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor, and a Google Certified Trainer. She is experienced in a wide variety of accounting and office suite software products. She can provide Controller-level assistance to her clients, as well as full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping services.
A Central Oregonian native, Wanda loves crafting, home decorating, reading, enjoying the beautiful locale where we live, and socializing with friends and family.

Kim is a former project manager and consultant with over 20 years of professional experience negotiating and coordinating permitting and regulatory compliance for large energy projects. She has worked in many organizations related to natural resources management. This broad background provides her with the ability to understand the needs of many types of businesses. In addition to project management, she has experience in bookkeeping and payroll functions for non-profit organizations, environmental and engineering consulting firms, real estate brokers, professional services clients, and living trusts and estates. She is proficient in QuickBooks and a variety of proprietary software systems and quickly learns new systems to meet her clients needs.

Born and raised in Oregon, she now lives near Sisters with her husband and their yellow labrador, Teton. When not working, she can be found outside enjoying the many recreational opportunities Central Oregon has to offer.
